| Distinctive Handbags by Chemical Wedding |
Wearable Art That is Out of the OrdinaryI featured Chemical Wedding's rustic handbags on Maverick Style about a year ago, and decided that it was time to showcase them once again. Jon and Tracy Haaland of Chemical Wedding take pride in creating unique handbags using new leathers, recycled, post-industrial scrap, and factory seconds leather. They strive to create bags for all occasions that will last a lifetime. Each bag is hand made to order, and is simple, elegant, and durable. It is not easy to find Chemical Wedding handbags online. The Gallery Five website has the best selection. However, they tend to sell out very quickly. The Rena Western Handbag (left, $220) is my favorite Chemical Wedding style of handbag. They continue to reinvent it with different kinds and colors of leather. This particular bag is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted with beige crocodile leather and British tan cowhide. The closer is made of distressed multi-plywood. It is a gorgeous handbag! The Tri-Fold Frankie Wallet (center, $165) is made of Havana and distressed black leather with a magnetic closure. It is embellished with a copper ring and rustic rivets. The Myra II Handbag (right, $230) is a Winchester cognac, cranberry and capri wilten leather clutch with a removable strap and a wood closure with magnetic inlay. It is adorned with rustic hand cut tacks and antique bronzed rivets. I love the beautiful combination of colors featured in this unique handbag. Visit the Gallery Five website to see and purchase these Chemical Wedding handbags, as well as several others. Keep in mind that you may have to check back if some styles are sold out. Chemical Wedding handbags are extremely popular! |
